Senior Account Executive – Denver, CO

Zunesis is seeking highly motivated IT Account Executives for our Colorado and Nevada territories to promote Enterprise Infrastructure, Hybrid Cloud, and IT Consulting Services.  We need experienced IT Sales Professionals who are well connected in these territories and have strong existing client and vendor relationships.  Join a well-established company who has been making the lives of our customers better for 14+ years.

Responsibilities:

  • Prospect, develop, and close enterprise and SMB commercial accounts in Colorado and Nevada.
  • Work with world-class sales engineers in a team-environment to sell IT Services, Storage, Networking, Compute, Virtualization, Data Management, Security, and Hybrid-Cloud solutions.
  • Provide responsive support to your clients and serve them with integrity.
  • Develop and present formal presentations to prospects & clients.
  • Manage complex sales- cycles, and present to executive decision makers.
  • Develop sales plans and evolve those plans over time to achieve goals.
  • Forecast sales activity and pipeline.
  • Engage with our strategic vendor partners to find, expand, and care for clients. (Aruba, HPE, Nimble, Dell/EMC, Microsoft, VMware, Veeam, CommVault, Fortinet, etc.,)
  • Evangelize the value of our professional services offerings.
  • Self-manage sales activity toward success

Required Skills & Experience:

  • Proven success consistently achieving & over-achieving sales quotas.
  • Existing client relationships and network in the territory being served.
  • 5+ years of experience selling hardware and software solutions within the datacenter. Experience selling storage, compute, networking, security and virtualization solutions required. Experience selling IT consulting, implementation and integration services also required.
  • Experience selling Hybrid Cloud, Microsoft O365 & Azure Solutions a plus.
  • Leadership skills are essential as you will coordinate Zunesis resources, delegate activity and work hand-in-hand with your Inside Sales Manager.
  • Strong client relationship skills
  • Strong presentation, written and verbal communication skills
  • Experience to plan and manage the sales cycle from business champion to the CEO/CFO level.
  • Ability to manage various sales campaigns across a variety of Enterprise and SMB clients.
  • 4 year college degree
